We continually strive to serve the acupuncture industry with the highest quality acupuncture needles and needle packaging, combined with an acclaimed customer service.
We have taken a major step to both enhance and secure a consistent product quality by combining with our parent Company, Helio Medical Supplies, to open our own state of the art needle manufacturing facility in China. The factory was opened in April 2003 and is the largest under-one-roof needle manufacturing facility of it's kind in China. It has a 15,000 square foot, class 10,000 clean room to ensure not only that the needles are well made but they are sterilised to
ten times above the required minimum industry standard.
The factory was designed with product quality as its main criteria. It is a vertically integrated facility meaning that every part of the manufacturing process is under Helio's Quality Management System. Contrary to other UK needle suppliers who just supply needles we have gone one step further by managing the quality in regard to every aspect of needle manufacture, ranging from environmental hygiene to the quality of the water used for needle cleaning.
Few, if any, other suppliers invest in quality the way we do. Our aim is simply to meet and hopefully exceed any expectation you may have about our needles.
